Climate Outlook

Moist weather were expected to linger along much of Queensland's east this next several days as a weather pattern continued to pull in damp air against the coastal areas.

The following day was forecast to be the most rainy day, with ongoing thunderstorm potential predicted across different parts of both areas.

Health Warning

Public health experts cautioned that there was an increased chance of weather-related respiratory issues across the countryside regions, especially given the current weather patterns.
